Itinerary: –

Day 01: Leh 

On arrival at airport pick up and transfer to the hotel. Full day free and rest for complete day for acclimatization. Stay overnight in Leh.

Day 02: Leh – Lamayuru – Leh (120 KM / 3 Hrs One Way)

After Breakfast, drive to visit Hall of Fame War Museum – a museum constructed by the Indian Army in memory of the brave Indian soldiers who laid down their lives defending the motherland in the Indo-Pak wars. Patthar Sahib Gurudwara – a beautiful Gurudwara sahib constructed in the memory of Guru Nanak, Magnetic Hill – also known as Gravity Hill where vehicles defy the force of gravity, Sangam of the rivers Indus & Zanskar – two of Himalaya’s great rivers; Zanskar and Indus merge to form a spectacular view. Further we drive to Likir Gompa situated atop a windy cliff top overlooking the beautiful village of Likir. Alchi Gompa – known for its magnificent and well-preserved 11th & 12th century wall paintings, Moon land – the land resembles that of moon. Then we drive to Lamayuru Monastery – one of the largest and oldest gompas in Ladakh. Drive back to Leh. Stay overnight in Leh.

Day 03: Leh – Khardung La – Leh (50 KM / 2 Hrs One Way) 

After breakfast, drive to Khardung La pass. World’s highest motorable road at 18380 feet. Admire the spectacular views of the never-ending snow-capped mountain ranges around Khardung La Pass (18,390 feet). After spending some time at Khardung La return back to Leh & later Visit Shanti Stupa – built by the Japanese monks to promote world peace, Leh Palace & Market. Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 04: Leh 

Early morning transfers to Leh airport. Tour ends with sweet memories of Ladakh…

• Coaches/ Tempo Traveller is not allowed in airport premises so we will send Non-AC Eco / Omni Van for Airport Pickup only.
• Package cost changes as per no of passenger increase or decrease.
• If any change of rates by hotels / vehicle vendors, then the given package cost is not valid.
• Vehicle will be charged Extra for Pick up from Rafting Ending Point Which Client has to pay Directly. Approx. Rs.1500.

Package Cost does not Include: 

• Any Airfare / Train fare.
• Any meals other than those mentioned (Highlighted) above.
• Any portage at Airport and Hotels tips, Insurance, Laundry, Mineral water, Telephone charges and all items of personal nature and meals and drinks not specified in the inclusions.
• Any Kind of Personal Expenses or Optional Tours / Extra Meals Ordered.
• Monument Entrances, Rafting & Camel Safari Charges. 
• Anything not specifically mentioned under the head “Prices included”.
• The Services of Vehicle is not included on leisure days & after finishing the sightseeing tour as per the Itinerary.
• Any Kind of Drinks (Alcoholic, Mineral Water, Aerated).
• Any increase in taxes or fuel, leading to increase in surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
• Heater Charges in Hotels.
• Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/ stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.

Terms & Conditions: 

• Prices valid from 15th April 2026 To 15th October 2026.
• Prices valid for minimum 02, 04, 06, 08, 10 & 12 Pax travelling together in one vehicle.
• Check-In / Check-out time at all the properties would at 1000 AM.
• Triple Room does not necessarily mean Three Separate Bed. It will be One Double Bed + 1 Roll Away Bed.
• All Cost quoted is in INR (Indian Rupee).
• 100% payment to be deposited before the trip starts.
• Final tour Vouchers will be provided on receipt of full 100% payment.
• Extras Payment in Leh office should be Cash Only.
• Vehicle Provided as per mention tour plan (Point to Point Basis only), any additional sightseeing not mentioned in the Itinerary will be charged extra.
• In Case of exceptional circumstances where in we are not in position to provide Hotel mentioned, we shall offer similar Hotel.
• April & October Month, Pangong Lake Journey will be done in one-day excursion.
• No Refund or Compensation for any unused services / transportation in any circumstance.
• Visit to all Museums in program is subject to their remaining open on day of visit as per rules of competent authority.
• We will not bear any cost for flight cancelled or delayed due to Bad weather or any other reason given by the airline. Cost for accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be borne by passenger.
• In case of increase in Airfare (If included) we shall be duly compensated by actual supplement cost at time of booking.
• There would be no refund for the road blocks at Nubra Valley | Pangong Lake & Tsomoriri Lake due to natural calamity. The alternate accommodation Cost at Leh due to the same should be bear by the passenger directly.
• No changes in the date of travel once booked.
• All Rates & bookings subject to availability.
• Rates are subject to change.
• Room allotment will be as per availability at the time of check in, floor or view preferences are not guaranteed. 
• Food menu as per availability of vegetables based on Buffet | Fixed menus.
• 25% advance (Non-Refundable) to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation & Balance 75% one month prior to arrival. 
• Cost of Child between 5 to 11 Yrs. (Without Bed only) & Children above the age of 12 years will be charged the applicable adult rates & for extra Bed kindly consider the cost of Extra Bed.
• Child below 5 Yrs. of age will be complimentary without extra Bed.
• Maximum 6 Pax can be accommodated in one vehicle (Scorpio or Innova Similar).
• Any addition in Tax or Fuel charge done by Airlines / Transport Company etc. will be chargeable to group members.
• All expenses which are not included in the cost of package shall be paid directly by tourist at the time of checkout.
• All tourists are advised to take comprehensive Insurance on their own.
• The timings given in itinerary and program may be changed without notice keeping in mind local development.
• Journey can be arranged from Delhi / Chandigarh / Jammu Railway Station or Airport at Nominal Extra charges.
• Hotel Accommodation in Delhi | Chandigarh | Manali | Keylong | Jammu | Srinagar can be arranged on best deals.
• Blocking of Rooms will be hold for period of 07 Days only.
• Tour is organized on the basis final instructions and requirements received from yourselves and on your own risk and responsibilities.

• LIABILITY: We shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or any person travelling with him for:

1. a) Any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and/or damage or any kind of theft howsoever caused.
2. b) Any act, omission, default of any dependent Contractor or other person or by any servant or agent employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facility or service for the client or for any person traveling with him howsoever caused.
3. c) The temporary   or permanent   loss of or damage to baggage or personal effects howsoever caused including willful negligence on the part of any person.
4. d) We shall not be responsible and / or liable for any damages caused to the Client due to reasons beyond our control (Force Majeure / Vis Majeure).
5. e) No liability on our part arising in any way out of this contract in respect of any tour, holiday, and excursion facility shall exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for.

• Law prevalent in India is applicable and as a part of the cause of action arises in Mumbai and the Company has its Registered Office in Mumbai, it is agreed between the parties that in the event of a dispute or difference between the parties the exclusive jurisdiction shall vest in a court / forum / tribunal in Mumbai alone having jurisdiction to decide the matter.
• For Cancellation, please refer to our Terms and Conditions available at our booking office.

NOTE: –

• Coaches/ Tempo Traveller is not allowed in airport premises so we will send Non-A/C Innova / XUV/ Aria / Xylo/ Scorpio for Airport Pickup only.
• AC in vehicles will not be applicable in hilly area. 
• The above given cost is calculated on the basis of base category rooms at the mentioned hotels (unless specified otherwise) and if this category of rooms is not available, we shall try to confirm accommodation in next available higher category of rooms and shall advise supplementary cost involved while conveying the status.
• Kindly note that names of hotels / Camps mentioned above only indicate that our rates have been based on usage of these hotels and it is not to be construed that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey such confirmation to you.  In the event of accommodation not becoming available at any of the above-mentioned hotels we shall book alternate accommodation at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement / reduction whatever applicable) to you.
• We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances.  The additional cost incurred such as cost for accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be borne by passenger.
• During the month of October to April most of the Camps | Guest houses | Hotels won’t be operational due to off season in various locations of Ladakh like Nubra Valley | Pangong Lake | Tsomoriri | Tsokar | Sham Valley | Kargil | Zanskar region etc. (So, in that scenario best alternate accommodation will be provided with prior information to the guests at the time of booking).  

Cancellations Policy for Land Package: 

• 15% cancellation charges if cancelled before 30 days before the tour.
• 25% cancellation charges if cancelled within 20 days before the tour.
• 50% cancellation charges if cancelled within 10 days before the tour.
• No refund for tour starting within 15 days of tour or after starting or middle of the tour.
• No Show 100% of tour cost.
• During High peak season period, Hotels Specific Cancellation Policies will be applicable in these cases the hotels may not refund any amount if the booking is cancelled after issuance of Hotel Voucher.
• The Process of Refund will take around 60 days to complete & the refund will be paid by Cheque or credit note only.
